  Ordered an electric fireplace for pickup at this store. Drove all the way out here and they bring out an open box floor model with scratches. The manager told me is was the only one left but “they had tons in the warehouse” so would not discount the item, even though it was visibly damaged. So they’d like to charge the same price for a damaged item as they would one that is new in the box? Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
